WebtoonMe provides custom comic book creation services, including but not limited to digital comic creation, comic art commissions, and physical comic book printing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

When you submit content to us for comic creation, you retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If we are unable to deliver your comic within the specified timeframe
If the final product significantly deviates from your specifications after all included revision rounds
If there are technical issues that prevent you from accessing your digital comic

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment, you receive commercial usage rights to the custom comic we create for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WebtoonMe or its affiliates.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services to create comics that:

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful content
Promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
Contain sexually explicit content involving minors

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebtoonMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective.
